Poker Tracker 4 laoding problems pokerstars

Hi

Firstly thank you for taking the time to read this, secondly sorry for needing help.

I cant really remember when it first started to happen whether it was the Pokerstars update or the PT4 one but basically no hands were/are recording even when I click get hands whilst playing. Now stupidly I uninstalled PT4 and also PostgreSQL, thinking if I re installed PT4 it would 'fix itself'. Obviously it didn't and I had to re install PostgreSQL which I believe I have done. Having done this I have the same problem as before

As you can read I have no idea what I'm doing, any help would be appreciated.

We have a guide for getting things setup with PokerStars here:

PokerStars Configuration Guide

Make sure that PokerStars is saving your hand history files (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History -> [x] Save My Hand History) and that PokerTracker 4 is importing from that location (Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> PokerStars).

Thank you so much, I cant believe it was as simple as Pokerstars not being one of my configured sites even though I have been using PT4 for months on it. Must have switched off on one of the updates.
