Issue with starting PT4

I have not been using PT4 in some time as i have been on Party. When i now open PT4 it is first say "your computer is running out of memory" or something like that. Are there things i can delte from my Laptop that would stop this message? I then get another pop up where it says "Your database needs updating". I understand this can take a long time, especially if my laptop is already low on memory. Should i press update say just before i go to sleep and leave it overnight? Hope this makes sense. Really needing my HUD as about to start a Stars grind. Ask if you need any more info. Thanks........Ben P.s after i have just opened it now ignoring these messages i tried to click "get hands while playing" got thousands of errors building up if that is in anyway relevant.

That warning message is displayed at start-up if low memory conditions are detected (less than 1GB RAM or less than 75% free memory). Not running other programs (web browsers e.t.c.) when using PokerTracker 4 and reducing the number of table(s) open will increase your available memory.

If you haven't updated PokerTracker 4 for some time then there may be one or more database updates that need to be applied. Depending on the version you are updating from and the size of your database(s) it might take some time so letting ti run overnight is an option but make sure that your computer does not power itself off or go to sleep while it's running.

If you haven't completed the database update(s) then that will cause errors as your current database schema doesn't match up with how PokerTracker 4 is trying to import that data.

After trying to update overnight i keep getting this message

That error is because you are also using ProPokerHUDs content which has database tables outside of PokerTracker 4 - see this post and contact [email protected] if you need further assistance.
