Evaluating play (paid help?)

Postby proton420 » Wed Apr 01, 2020 11:28 am

Hey guys, thanks for such an elaborative forum and piece of software.

I'm trying to evaluate play and strategy using poker tracker (no live play). Is leak analysis should be me number 1 resource to look at?
What will be the best way to asses if my type of play would 'win' or have positive EV?

I have seen people analyzing AI bots like Plubriu with PT4 s in order to better their play, how would one test such bots and learn from them?

I am very keen on exploring more options with PT4, and willing to have some expert help if this is possible, i appreciate if someone could lead me the right way to become an expert myself.

Stay safe!

If you are a cash game player there is the LeakTracker section where you can compare your statistics to winning players and view videos for each statistic. If you have any further queries on using PokerTracker 4 in terms of the technical aspects of it such as filtering/viewing/replaying data, building custom HUDs/reports/statistics/note definitions I'd be happy to help but with regards to specific strategy advice or third party software then I'm afraid that's something I'm not qualified for and I'd suggest reading/posting on forums such as PokerStrategy or 2+2 for better discussions on those type of subjects.

Thanks for such a quick reply man. I hope your'e doing well in these times.

I pretty much got the hang of the leaktracker section and preflop ranges table which are most important for me, but really need to hone on these and test test test.

I am trying to apply an AI research paper onto real life poker as a project, and being focused mostly on that, it's not easy to be a PRO in pt4 or game analsys at all.

Really looking for that extra help with analysing spots, leaks and GTO play from someone that is a few level above my understanding as of now.

appreicate it!

Do you need a poker coach or pokertracker coach?
