PT4 always lag me and frozen

Hello, first of all I wanted to tell you that before the program worked correctly. But a few months ago I noticed how it got slow to load anything. Every time I open the replayer, I close it, it lags and if I touch something else it the program brokes and never recovers. If I activate the HUD it takes at least 10 minutes to appear, and when it does, it doesn't update correctly. The hands are imported late, everything works with lag and I have to force the closure to make functionality again.
I don't know what it could be. I doubt my pc since I have an I7 7700 8GB Ram and SSD.
I thought it might be the size of the database so I created a new one, but everything remains the same. The current database is around 1500mb. Also tried the rebuild cache option, but did nothing. I'm afraid I can't keep using the program like this. I hope you can give me some suggestion on how to solve this problem

So we can find out what's causing that please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
