Computer's clock is set incorrectly

E fellow of PokerStrategy has the message "Computer's clock is set incorrectly...". He runs PT4 version 4.15.19 and his clock is the current time (Belgium).
What can he do to get PT4 to run?

Not using the programm for several month I have the same Problem now.
My version is 4.15.13 my timezone is UTC + 01:00
I expect a problem with the SQL-Server.
Is this possible? And, if yes, how to fix it.

If he is getting that error then they probably have not updated PokerTracker 4 since that has resolved the issue for everyone else.
