Very slow Loading Statistics

Hello,

I am experiencing a problem with PT4.

In the Statistics report, it takes around 2min to show group starting hands for around 2k hands, which is quite a long time for such a small volume.

I would like to work on my whole database but it takes so much time that i can not work on it.

I play spin and go, and have lot of customs stats, could this explain the problem.

Generally, it take really long time to load even graph for not so much tournaments .

Could you help me here, cause it is really annoying.

In PokerTracker 4 click "Database -> Database Management", click your database then "Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild". If that doesn't improve things then restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Windows Start Menu, reproduce the problem and then send your PokerTracker4.log file to is in a Support Ticket:
