Move hand after importing

Each time I click on "Stop importing hands while playing" I am awared that a large number of history files are waiting to be imported, would you like to import them?
I answer yes with option "moves files after import" toggled.
This actually destroys some files from my winamax database but not all.
And each time I am asked to import this files again, which results in duplicates imported.
So my question is why some tournaments are correctly imported and deleted and other remain in the winamax database.

PokerTracker 4 does not destroy files - they get archived to your 'Processed' folder:

Based on the description of the problem you either have a configuration issue or a problem with the database. If you do not have a large database you can try a cache rebuild - go to 'Database -> Database Management', click your database then 'Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild'. If that doesn't fix it then please capture this trouble you're having in a log file and then send that to us in a Support Ticket so we can find out what's causing that.
