Hand Error

I have been using the ignition hand grabber for a while now and have never had issues. I used to just mess around and kept pokertracker to make sure I wasn't losing money because I enjoyed the game. Now as I am taking it a bit more seriously, and that I paid for the software I hope it works the way it should. There was a pot 3 way all in where I won 120 BB. This is significant to my chart and want it reflected. When checking PT4 all of my hands, except for this one were grabbed when I was playing. This one was the one import error I got from the session. It said Error: player chip stack does not make sense (talking about another stack at the table, not mine). I am going tor request the HH from ignition when it becomes available, however, is there a way to override this error or put the hand in manually. As it is such a big hand for my graph I really want to make sure it gets counted. Thanks in advance.
