PT4 not importing from pokerstars

Hi,
1. In tools-> set-up assistant and sites, pokerstars is always turned off. When I manually turn it on and configure the correct directory (said unable to detect correct directory) and other stuff also, when I click close, it tries to import hands , then shows hand imports errors. Then again when I check the tools-set-up assistant and sites, it again is turned off automatically.
What do I do?

There is no need to keep using the setup assistant - just make sure the folder where PokerStars is saving your hands is setup in 'Configure -> Site & Import Options -> PokerStars' and that 'Get Hands From Site While Playing' option is enabled. PokerTracker 4 only supports English so hand histories need to be saved in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History) and the PokerStars client needs to be running in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Global -> Language -> English):

If you are receiving import errors on then please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

Hi,
I'm not able to attach the log file as it's not getting dragged and dropped and when I try to find the folder i'm not able to.can you please come on screen sharing to fix the problem? I don't mind paying for this support either. Thanks lmk.
