Hand history not refreshing unless I use setup assistant

Hello,

I believe I set up everything correctly: pokerstar's directory configuration is OK (used autodetect), "get hands while playing" is checked. However the hands are not being refreshed, UNLESS i launch the setup assistant / configure site option (very strange) . I also noted that this option is not saving my choices (I try to unselect another site I no longer play on, but this action is never saved - confirmed when I relaunch the assistant).

I am running both programs as administrator. On the very first launch I did not.

I had installed / uninstalled PT4 on this computer several years ago.

Also, the HUD is not working at all.

Are you selecting 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' when you start a session? If you're not doing that no hands will import and a HUD will not display.
