PT4 Won't show hands

[Levitikuz]

When I'm under Play Poker > View Today's Hands, it does load up the hands, whether I'm playing or not. I see a quick "Populating" and then it never does. I've checked every setting, restarted PT4, re-installed it, nothing has helped. What do you guys suggest? Thanks in advance!

The hands imported in your screenshot do not appear to be live (62h/s) and imported manually (Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk) so if they were not played today you will need to go to 'View Stats' to see them. You can also check the 'Import Status' tab to see what files were imported. If the hands were played today then are they tournament hands? You are currently in the cash game section.
