pt4 not importing certain hands from Blitz

PT4 is not importing hands during Blitz session on WPN. Most hands work. Big losing hands don't?

Are those hands actually included in the hand history files provided by your poker site? WPN does have a known issue with not writing some hands and until they resolve it PokerTracker 4 isn't going to know about those particular hands. You can also check that the hands exist in the files provided by ACR by reviewing them for yourself in a text editor such as Notepad. If the hands are there but are not importing into your database then please send that sample to us in a Support Ticket.
