pt4 breaking hotkeys on ACR

Whenever PT is "getting hands while playing" the hotkeys (F6 and F7) used to tile and stack tables do not work on ACR. Been that way for many months now. Any chance this is getting fixed? Its very tilting while multitabling.

Please make sure both PokerTracker 4 and your poker site are running as an administrator as this is required for hotkeys to work when the HUD is active - this guide is for PokerStars but the principle is the same.
