The hud does not appear on the pokerstars tables.

Hi
I have a problem with PT4. I just updated it. I have the latest version installed (v4.15.20). The problem I have is that the hud does not appear on the tables when I play. I play at pokerstars. The hud does appear in the replayer, but not at the pokerstars tables. I have played zoom and it does not appear.

It had never happened to me before. This happened to me when I upgraded to the recent version.

I already tried reinstalling, but the problem continues.
Please help.

PD: windows 10.

Restart your computer and then re-run the PokerTracker v4.15.20 installer as the very first thing you do after restarting.
