PT4 constantly freezes/stops importing hands.

I have run into a pretty annoying problem recently with PT4. After a few hours into my sessions (sometimes after 30 mins or so) PT4 stops importing hands, hud freezes.

Basically PT4 will stop importing hands, my HUD will still be visible but popups do not load nor can I toggle between session and overall stats. If I shut down all of my current tables, stop the import and start it again, PT4 will import a ton (few thousand) duplicate hands, then import the 50 or so it missed.

It's really annoying to have to sit out of every table, restart the import then get back on every table only to have it happen again in a few hours. Would love to find a solution.

Please enable logging and when this happens send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and depending on your Windows settings it will be a text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log'. One thing to note is that every time you close/restart PokerTracker 4 it will begin a new log so you'll want to send that PokerTracker4.log file after the problem occurs but before you restart PokerTracker 4.

I am not able to attatch the log file on the ticket because it says that is bigger thant the ticket can support. What do i do ?

Zip/compress your log file and that should make it small enough to attach.
