NOT RECORDING SOME TOURNAMENTS

I have noticed that on Pokerstars my PT4 is not recording some tournaments i kinda brushed it to the side however just recently i got ITM the Thursday Thriller on Stars and i wanted to go over my HH but the tournament does not show ive played it atall and as i mentioned this ealier this has happened a few times over the last couple of months. I won a sat. into the Thursday Thriller on Stars., is it bcoz of this !? anyhows i really want to fix this issue as my results are not showing correctly and i cant go through my HH's.

Can you please open a Support Ticket and attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window (where you would expect to see the tournament) and the hand history/summary files provided to you by PokerStars for this tournament. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option on a Windows computer:
