i had purchased PT4 on my imac laptop last year, and now i play on a PC.... when i sign in and try to use PT4 on my PC nothing happens at all when i play. i cant get any HUD going at all, but when i go back to polay on my imac and start up PT4, its seems to work just normal.Just when i play on my PC is when i cant get the PT4 to work for me. has anyone had or seen/heard of this problem before?

You may just need to configure things on your PC - check out the relevant Site Guides.

If you continue to have problems please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs and see what is going on.

hello whiterider. i have looking over all that stuff and it all seems to be normal and running as it should be. and im not to sure im how to submit what you are asking of me. is there anyone other way you guys can help me out?

PokerTracker 4 only supports English so hand histories need to be saved in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History) and the PokerStars client needs to be running in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Global -> Language -> English).

Is your PokerStars client set to save your hand history files? You can check that in:

PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History -> [x] Save My Hand History

If it's set to save the hands then is PokerStars actually creating the hand history files on your computer while you are playing? Go to the folder set in PokerStars and there should be a folder with your player name and inside that folder would be the hand history files. I've seen on occasion hand histories not save to the default location (C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\{PokerStars Skin Name}\HandHistory) so if that's the case try creating and setting a custom hand history folder (e.g. C:\StarsHH) instead in both PokerStars and PokerTracker 4 (Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> PokerStars).

If you need further assistance report this to us in a Support Ticket with your log file and screenshots of the following windows:

1. "Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History" in PokerStars.

2. "Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> PokerStars" in PokerTracker 4.

I see no ability to show hand history in my PS client. There is no PLAYING HISTORY option in my settings! Please help.

Are you using PokerStars.NET? For some reason that particular PokerStars client that does not allow for the saving of hand history files unlike all the other PokerStars clients worldwide. If that's the case then you will need to download a PokerStars client that offers the options to save hand histories or if you contact PokerStars support they may be able to provide you with a version that does save files locally.
