Can't Type in Browser while using PT4

Sometimes I cannot type into my browser or other places when I use PT4. I think it is related to when I hit ctrl to move the boxes around... please advise.

I cannot reproduce this. Can you not even type after clicking on the browser to ensure it has focus? Also why do you need to always move the HUD around? After moving the HUD by holding the Control key you should save it by clicking the PT-icon and choosing 'Save Layout' so the new HUD positions are remembered for future tables you open of that type.

I am playing on another site that is not supported with a converter. I don't think the preIt looks like the issues doesn't happen any more...

The issue with the typing only occurs when using the converter on this unsupported site? Make sure that PokerTracker 4, poker site and converter are running as an administrator.
