[Help me] PT4 bug?

Hi everyone,

I am a new user of PT4, and buy it yestoday. When I check my winning. Two ways:

1, in BB, it looks correct
2, in My currency, it looks incorrect, which is minus of winning in BB. Actrully i won the pot, but it shows I loss money.

Could you please tell me what's wrong with it. Thanks!

That suggests that PokerTracker 4 was not able to retrieve the currency exchange rates from our servers. Go to 'Database -> Currency', select any sessions which have an exchange rate of -1 and click the 'Set Rates' button to fetch the correct exchange rates. Note that you can select a range of rows by holding shift and clicking the start/end and you can also select multiple ones individually by holding CTRL and selecting.
