Im having trouble purchasing PT4, my card (mastercard) was denied several times and when i finally was able to get it to work the page said my identity needed to be verified, i submitted a ticket with the information you guys need, i called my bank yesterday, they told me everything was fine on my end, that you were the ones having issues.

The support ticket you opened on this topic was replied to several hours before you opened this thread. In our reply you were advised you not to use a VPN/Proxy for the purchase (should you not be using a VPN/Proxy then the technician left further instructions). If you are not receiving that email then your email provider is either blocking the message or more likely it is being delivered to your junk/spam folder. You can also view your Support Tickets and our replies at any time by signing into your PokerTracker.com account and visiting your My Account -> My Support Tickets page.
