PT4 freezed when clicking "Stop Getting Hands"

Hey guys,

i need your help, when i click "Stop Getting Hands" the Button itself freezes and i can't close Pokertracker manual.

It says everytime "Please wait for Get Hands While Playing to stop before Closing PokerTracker"...

Found an old topic with the same problem, which is called "PT4 freeze and can't stop importing hand", but there's no solution in it..

Would be cool if you can help me! ☺️

So we can find out what's causing that please enable logging, reproduce this issue and send us your PokerTracker4.log file in a Support Ticket:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log
