Hey guys, i just downloaded PT4 for my second laptop as well and i do get hands imported from my poker site but i cannot select my player into PT4. I put in my name and he just find nothing.
What did I miss? Do i need a special configuration on my poker site or is it something on PT4?

Site Configuration Guide
If you have imported hands from your poker site then your player name should be available in PokerTracker 4 but on some sites like PokerStars you might see a limited number of observed hands import but if things are not configured correctly your personally played hands will not import.
If that doesn't help then attach a sample hand history and screenshot showing you not finding the name either here or in a Support Ticket.
