PT4 not picking up hands/displaying hud

Postby thedylan186 » Wed May 06, 2020 9:53 pm

All of a sudden my HUD isn't working and no hands are being imported while playing or after sessions. Nothing changed on my end. Just tried new update and that didn't fix. Not sure what issue is. Help please!

Thanks!

What poker site? Please check things are still configured correctly:

Site Configuration Guide

If you have any further trouble then enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and depending on your Windows settings it will be a text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log'.

ACR. I did the site configuration but I'll try again, if not, I'll send the log files
