WPN jackpots

Hi, my PT4 don't work properly with PokerKing Jackpots. Tracker import history but with mistakes, wrong prize pool, sometimes without winner, sometimes without last hand. So i should edit tournament manually and this is definitely wrong. What can i do in this situation?

Unfortunately WPN do not provide tournament summary information in the hand history files and until they do there are no results for PokerTracker 4 to import. As far as I am aware WPN are planning to add this information to their files in an update to their software later this year and should that happen we can then look at adding support. With regards to the last hand does it exist in the file provided to you by your poker site? There is an issue with the WPN client not saving all hands but if it exists and is not importing into PokerTracker 4 then please send your example to us in a Support Ticket.
