PT4 updates hands every 50 seconds

Hi, my pt4 works fine but it updates the hands once every around 50 seconds instead of doing it continously https://gyazo.com/2405c82f86a81d009982d292c8f77ac6
I'm playing on ipoker.it
I already :
- created a new database ;
- did full cache rebuild ;
- used the housekeeping tab

Make sure you have updated to the latest version of PokerTracker 4. If you are already using PokerTracker v4.15.20 and a cache rebuild or a new database didn't fix it then please send us your log file in a Support Ticket so we can investigate what's causing that:

I enabled logging but there is no log file in the pt4 folder (I checked hidden files were showed)

I've got another problem : I can't see reports.

As you can see in the screenshot the reports tab is empty, even if I'm running a report and seeing his stats

I enabled logging but there is no log file in the pt4 folder (I checked hidden files were showed)

1. Start PokerTracker 4.

2. Click "Configure -> Options" and if "Logging Enabled" doesn't have a check mark, click it such that it does.

3. Close PokerTracker 4.

4. Restart PokerTracker 4.

5. Select "File -> Open User Data Folder".

6. Go into the 'Logs' folder.

7. Attach a screenshot of the contents of that folder.

I've got another problem : I can't see reports.

That just looks like you don't have any custom reports saved.

https://gyazo.com/574c48f729e8d181b3f118080be04791 as I stated before, I ran and saved (by clicking on the floppy disc icon) the report you can see in the screenshot. But if I scroll the report tab, it's still empty. So the report stare are shown, but the report is not present in the report tabs.

The log file is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' in your screenshot.

The screenshot from your other PC is cropped but presumably 'bi + cev' is a tournament report? In the first screenshot you are in the cash game section so you will not see saved tournament reports there.
