In the hand viewer enable 'Options -> Copy Options -> Include Basic Player Stat Values at Time of Hand'.

It is already checked, yet hand history does not show stack sizes

There is actually a known issue with this functionality at the moment. If you open a Support Ticket we can notify you when it's fixed.
