don´t show mucked cards on the showdown

Hi, I have just installed the pokertracker in a new computer and I have a problem that I had not before.

When a hand go to the showdown, the tracker don´t show the label with the opponent cards, my cards and the community cards.

If i go to "Hud Options Configuration/General Settings" Mucked cards are tick to display for 5 seconds

On the table, if I click on "Configure mucked cards" I can see AA to 66 heart, on for each position on the table and A to T of heart for the community cards.

I play zoom cash on pokerstars

Mucked cards are not enabled on Zoom tables otherwise you would have cards appearing at random times because hands you fast folded will be going to showdown while you're in the middle of other hands.
