PT4 (v4.15.20) stuck on hands import after live sess

Hello,

I'm facing a problem with my PokerTracker4. For 3 days in a row, after a "get hands while playing" session, when I click on "stop getting hands" PT4 tells me that it founds hands needing import.
I accept and proceed but then this happens:

This will last for ever.
If I click on close:

Hence the software is still answering.
But then, (once after waiting for 10mn) I click on cancel and the software crashes (closes).

Anyone experienced this?

So we can find out what's causing that please enable logging, reproduce this issue and send us your PokerTracker4.log file in a Support Ticket:

\Users\{Mac Login}\Library\Application Support\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log

One thing to note is that every time you close/restart PokerTracker 4 it will begin a new log so you need to save/send that log file before restarting PokerTracker 4.

Thank you so much for your answer.
I'll have another session tomorrow and will submit the logs at the end of it.

Especially because I have a second one: I noticed today that some hands are missing / lost (doing a new manual import isn't adding them).
