Missing players and tournament buy-ins

Postby ChipzMcGee » Mon May 11, 2020 2:39 pm

I am using PT4 on Mac with Americas Cardroom (Winning Poker Network) and I noticed that I do not have any player names in the reports tab. I am also missing all tournament buy-ins. Is there anything I can do to get this working?

The only player names you will see by default there are names for you - that list will not display every player in the database. You can select another player to view by clicking 'Choose New Player' and then they will be saved in the list or if you just want to see a list of all players go to 'My Reports' and create an 'All Players' report:

Unfortunately WPN do not provide tournament summary information in the hand history files and until they do there are no results for PokerTracker 4 to import. For any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually using the Tournament Results window. WPN are planning to add this information to their files in an update to their software later this year and should that happen we can then look at adding support.
