If you have a problem like this in future please report this to us via our
support system with a log file as there can be other causes which wouldn't require any database housekeeping.

I have SSD and already are 25 hours and still not done.
I don't know why you would then switch to reindexing as that is something else entirely and that can potentially take longer than a cache rebuild. Reindexing is generally used to attempt to repair a database if it is corrupted/damaged but this would typically show up in PokerTracker 4 as error messages while importing hands or in PokerTracker 4 reports. Even after reindexing the database would still need a cache rebuild.

So we can see what's going on here please enable logging, reproduce this issue and send us your PokerTracker4.log file in a

If your backup file contains a database backup you can restore that or you can reimport from hand history files. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option:
C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed
Guide: Processed FilesAs you have alot of hands this import will take some time and import speeds can drop over large imports so I'd recommend breaking the import up into smaller chunks/folders.
