Satellite Win not showing in results

Good morning

I'm new to PT4 so I hope this isn't too obvious an issue. Yesterday I won a $11 dollar bounty into the SCOOP $109 event. However the "result" is showing as $-9.09 (?) I then played the event which now shows me as a -£100.37 loss.

The issue is that this is now showing as a +/- $100 loss when in fact I only lost an $11 satellite entry.

What is the issue or what do I need to do?

Are you saving and importing PokerStars tournament summaries as well as the hand histories? For the most accurate results we recommend that you have Tournament Summaries set to save in PokerStars (Settings -> Playing History -> Tournament Summaries) and set to import into PokerTracker 4 (in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars). For any existing tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually. You can also send all relevant information detailing the problem in a Support Ticket along with the hand history & tournament summary files for any tournaments which don't work for you.
