Same issue! Won't import today's Party Poker Hand Histories. It also won't 'Stop Getting Hands'
Eventually after waiting around 15 minutes I got: 'PokerTracker has detected an out of memory condition. PokerTracker will now attempt to close to prevent data loss.'

I've checked our system and while it's been reported I do not see any cash hand examples that have been sent to us. This looks like a partypoker bug in the original files but can somebody please send us a sample of hands generating errors to us in a Support Ticket and let me know the ticket number. Thank you.
We did see an example where the hand number had extra text in the middle ("randomgame") which made the hand number longer than PT4 expects, which can cause that. I expect that we will be updating PT4 to handle that extreme case, but in the meantime you can check your hand histories and if you see that you can edit it out and save the file and then it should import.
