New* not importing hands on WPN

Hello,

i just payed for and downloaded PT4 yesterday. I did the setup and everything looks correct compared to all recommended settings and videos i watch. But no hands are found, no active tables found, and the hud does not show on table. what is going on? i am having trouble finding any information to help.

If you haven't already done so try restarting your WPN client. We also have a guide for getting things setup with WPN here:

Once that is setup you can test this on a table by clicking 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' and after playing your first hand you should see that get imported.
