Effective Stack not working or im doing wrong ?

So, am i doing wrong this filter or its really a bug ?

I choose a range in "hand values" and "Hole cards Range Selection" to appear when i was on Small Blind "Position of Active Player Exactly 9", against first raiser being in early position "Position of First Raiser between 5 and 7" whit two different stacks Effectives

actually more, but I'm just using two examples to summarize

So, in this example i have a 7d8d which I chose to appear only on Effective Stacks 70 or more and not in the "55 ~ 70", but it turns out that in this spot, the first raiser have 65bb ( which would fit in "Effective Stacks between 55 ~ 70" and not on "70 or more") and me on the Small blind have 112bb and the big blind have 148bb.

PS: i could add more than 3 images, but the 4th one was the complete filter, which i joined the both Effective stacks with the "OR" formula


So, the Effective Stacks Shouldn't it be the 55 ~70 ? why it takes the second one ? ( 70 ore more)
and is not the only hand that happens, there are some more like this

Your effective stack in PokerTracker 4 is determined at your first action in the hand and it's the maximum amount you could potentially lose in a pot. Since the BB is still to act as of your first action your effective stack is being influenced by the larger stack of the BB.

Oh true, I realized this pattern with the other hands, because when I made this same filter, but when I was in the Big blind ( nobody more to act) dont had this problem.
So, do u have any solution to fix it ? i need the Effective Stack be the stack of first raiser ( if he is smaller than me ) or me ( if i am the smaller)

To filter for someone who isn't the active player requires a filter expression using a subquery in a custom report and this thread has an example (for actual stack size).

But, if i use the expression filter, will filter all spots using the effective stacks on the first raiser no ? Could i use both situations ? like i said before on last reply ?
If the smaller stack is the first raiser then i want the effective stack be His
And IFnot, if the smallest is mine compared to his, then i want the effective stack be mine

The filter Expression can take it ? or need create a new one ?

The filter is for actual stack (amt_before) in chips but you can change it to effective stack (amt_p_effective_stack). I don't know of a method to express the subquery in blinds or compare it to other players in the hand.
