PT4 Skipping Hands

Hi, the last few days the tracker seems to be randomly skipping hands. For instance, 2 days ago I was playing $25 NL and lost $12 in a hand, but for some reason this hand never showed in my stats. This morning, I had the same issue where a couple hands somehow get skipped. I tried to look these hands up using the processed folder but couldn't find what I was looking for. Also, I remained at the table for a period of time and weas dealt into several hands after, so the hands were not skipped because I sat out or left the table immediately after the hands in question. Right now my weekly tracker is off roughly $35 due to hands that are being left out. Is there anything I can do to find these hands and get them loaded into PT4? Thanks!

On what poker site? Does the hand history exist in the files provided by your poker site? They are typically in a text format which you can open for yourself and search/review using a text editor like Notepad. This is also a known issue with the WPN software.

Yes, it is a WPN site. I will see later this evening when I get time if I can look up the hands for myself, although I may need some instruction. Thank you
