PokerStarsPA Failed to identify rebuys

Postby Naigo1 » Fri May 29, 2020 9:47 am

I am having issues where PokerTracker doesn't detect rebuys so my reports are not showing all losses giving me false data about how well I am performing. I don't really know which kind of data is needed to debug the problem. Please let me know if you can help me resolve this.

Are you saving and importing PokerStars tournament summaries as well as the hand histories? For the most accurate results we recommend that you have Tournament Summaries set to save in PokerStars (Settings -> Playing History -> Tournament Summaries) and set to import into PokerTracker 4 (in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars). For any existing tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually using the Tournament Results window. If you have any further trouble please include all relevant information detailing the problem in a Support Ticket along with the hand history/tournament summary files for any tournaments which don't work for you.

I don't mind creating a support ticket but it appears that Tourn Summary files are cleared out after they are processed by import so I can't provide the files. Also I would really prefer to alter a tourney's data after it is over in a longer session I still have other events going so I am still importing hands.

By default the original hand history files will have been moved to the Processed folder, which you can access via File > Open User Data Folder in the PT4 menu.
