Affiliate Commissions Underpaid & no response from Max Value

Hello.
My March and April commissions for affiliate sales of PT4 have been underpaid. This is based on the month ending reports that Max Value sends me and the amount they deposit in my account. My March commissions were underpaid by $87.99 and April by $200.97.
I've sent multiple emails to [email protected] and they've gone unanswered.
Do you have any recommendations on who I can contact at Max Value to get this resolved?

I'm told that that is the correct email address and that it is monitored. The person who monitors it is going to check again and reply from a different email to try to make sure that you receive it. You may also want to check your junk mail if you didn't already.
