Missing player stats when posting to forum

In this hand history excerpt, you can see that the players' basic stats are displayed:

This was posted by someone else.
When I use the blue check mark to copy a hand history to the forum, the stats are never displayed.
Everything in () following the stack sizes is completely missing.
In the Hand Details Window, the option to "Include basic player stats at time of hand" is checked.

What further steps do I need to take to show the stats?

That's a known issue at this time. If you open a Support Ticket we can let you know when it's fixed.
