Merging Databases between pc's

Postby omegaman » Wed Jun 03, 2020 4:58 pm

I have the ability to play poker on my desktop and laptop and i have pokertracker on both. I would like to be able to merge databases between the two every so often say once a quarter.
I presume the best way is to create a zipfile and transfer it to a usb stick and apply accordingly. Can you give me instructions on how to do this or whatever way is most efficient to do please.
My databases are relatively small.

It's not possible to merge two databases together but you could keep both of those databases synchronized with a setup like this:

Guide: Syncing Hands Between Two Computers

Alternatively you could have both machines sharing the same PostgreSQL/database:

Guide: PostgreSQL Server Hosted on a Local Network
