Only imported 4 of 6 tournaments

Hi,
I've only just recently started using PT4. Have a paid version. It has been working no problems so far, but I just finished 6 STT's but it only imported 4 of them. Any ideas why it would do this? It also only didn't import the two which I didn't cash in strangely. Perhaps it feels I need a confidence boost...? :? Any ideas why it would do this? Many thanks!

Make sure you don't have any filters active otherwise send us a screenshot of your entire report window in a Support Ticket with the hand histories for these two tournaments. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option on a Windows machine:
