Hi and first of all, sorry for my english. Im gonna try to explain my problem the best i can. I've been using PT4 for very long time and it's the first time that i have a problem. Since yesterday, when i'm playing zoom tables in Pokerstars and i wanna finish my session, I click as always the "sit out in the next big blind" button. Well, since the moment that i press the button, the hands do not appear in PT. For example, if i press the "sit out in the next big blind" button, and I play 5 hands before the last hand is played and i appear sit out in the table, these 5 hands doesn't appear in my PT4 stats.

I hope you understand my problem and can fix it as soon as possible.

Do you remain seated at the Zoom table after sitting out for a few minutes to allow hands you fast folded to completed by other players involved? Do those hands exist in the files provided to you by PokerStars? You can open the file for yourself with a text editor and scroll to the bottom to see if they are there. If you are closing the Zoom table too early then PokerStars will not be able to write hands that haven't completed to the hand history file. If the hands exist but are not importing please report this issue to us in a Support Ticket with your log file and the relevant hand history sample:
