HUD Problems

Hi everyone. I installed pokertracker on March and after one month playing it started having HUD problems. When i started registering on pokerstars tournaments, it was OK on the beggining, but after 9 or 10 tournament it took a long time for the HUD to show up and then it simply didn`t appear anymore. I thought the problem might be on POSTQL, so i uninstalled it and pokertracker and installed again and it was working ok. Now the problem is happenning again and i would like to know if there is anything i can do about it... I play on pokerstars.

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
