PT4 won't display any of my tournaments..lifetime

PT4 will display all my cash game stats and hands but none of my tournament info. Any problems?

Cash game data and tournament data are stored separately. Are you clicking on the '$' and 'T' buttons in PokerTracker 4 to switch between the two? If you are then make sure you have no filters or tags set otherwise attach a screenshot showing your entire report window along with a sample of hands you have imported either here or in a Support Ticket.
