Trying to import PartyPoker hands for first time

Hey everyone,

Hope someone can help. Just got PokerTracker today and I've exported my hands from PartyPoker and now when I import them into PT4 i get this error on every single hand - Error: partypoker: Invalid/unresolved anonymous players

Anyone got any ideas about what this is and how to fix it?

When did you download the hands? There was an issue last month which partypoker resolved on their end. If that's not the problem and you are using PokerTracker v4.15.21 then please send your sample to us in a Support Ticket so we can take a look at these hands.
