Error importing hand history

[pokeriza]

Hi,
I have a problem importing hand history from email.

"Error: PokerStars: Encountered unexpected end of hand history..."

Can you help me?

If you are saving the content of the email to a plain text file make sure you save it as plain text (e.g. use Notepad) and that the format is exactly as the original (lines should not be split, etc) otherwise send your sample to us in a Support Ticket.
