Unsuccessfully Installing PostgreSQL

I need help with the installation of Postgre client. I am unable to run PT4 because of it. Running a Dell laptop with windows. PT4 seems to work fine but prompts me to download Postgre and then proceeds to show the attached error message. Thanks in advance

Go to this folder:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\Temp

and there should be a log of the failed install attempt called "install-postgresql.log" - please send us that file in a Support Ticket. If you do not see the AppData folder in Windows File Explorer then refer to this guide.
