Tagged hands keep disappearing

[xppp]

Why are my tagged hands disappearing? When I tag my hands I can see them in my hanged hands, but when I close PT4 and open it my tagged hands disappear. :x

Are you still in the 'Play Poker' section of PokerTracker 4? That only displays hands for the current day so if you want to review older data you need to move to the 'View Stats' section where there are a variety of built-in reports and filters - see this tutorial video for an example. Also if you just want a list of all your hands and then filter for tags you can go to 'My Reports' and create a 'Hand Report'.
