Bounties not tracked in Winamax

I started playing bounty tournaments in Winamax and none of them is tracked. Is it normal or is there an issue on my side?

Please send all relevant information detailing the problem to us in a Support Ticket along with a sample of these tournaments. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option on a Windows computer.
