very slow HUD/import

Hello, PT4 has become very slow since a couple months when it comes to importing hands as well as the HUD showing showdowns sometimes minutes after the hand is over (most of the times not even importing hands in the "HUD summary" on table). I play on ipoker from parallels desktop. Any way around it please ? Thanks.

So we can see what's going on here please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and depending on your Windows settings it will be a text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log'.
