HUD won't display

Hi all -recent return PT user here. I was able to get HUD to work for a day (WPN) but now it's not displaying and it doesn't seem to be importing hands (count isn't increasing). I didn't see anything in FAQs on it as it did display in the past...guesses?

Please check your configuration and make sure you are selecting 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' in PokerTracker 4 otherwise send us a log file in a Support Ticket that has recorded the issue you described:
